Richard's experience includes all aspects of employee benefit programs, including vendor selection and management, financial management and reporting (such as rate development, budget projections and reserving), evaluation of alternative service models (such as tiered networks and on-site clinics) and benefits enrollment/administrative services.
Richard received a BS in Mathematics from George Mason University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
