Before joining Segal Benz, Jon spent more than 16 years at Aon Hewitt, helping clients solve business problems by leveraging technology. He has spent the past 27 years building cutting-edge technology solutions and consulting with clients such as Kohl’s, Walgreens, UnitedHealth Group, Walmart and Starbucks about the appropriate use of technology to solve their HR and business problems. He also led the creation of Hewitt’s Medical Plan Decision Toolkit and DecisionDirect™ products and service offerings. As Aon Hewitt’s web solutions leader, Jon was tasked with the overall strategic direction, operational effectiveness and profitable growth of its web solutions team.
