Meir is a Senior Consultant in Segal's Administration & Technology Consulting practice, based in the New York office. He is an accomplished senior project manager, senior consultant and business executive with over 50 years of expertise in the management and financial aspects of technology. His most recent focus has been on public retirement and pension-related efforts. He is experienced in managing complex technology-integration projects (from requirements to procurement) through acceptance. Meir has also managed large organizations responsible for development and delivery of complex software systems.
In his role in many high-visibility public pension projects, Meir has consistently provided and led consulting projects that addressed complex and challenging analysis and recommendations. He is skilled in organizing such efforts and producing recommendations and reports that are useful to managers, executives and boards of trustees.
Prior to joining Segal, Meir was with LRWL Inc. for the past 10 years. Previously he worked at Maximus, Inc., Buck Consultants/Mellon Financial Corp., Aon Consulting and NASA.
Meir earned a BS in Mathematics with honors from Johns Hopkins University. He has also participated in Graduate Study in Aerospace Technology from Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory, and Graduate Study in Computer Science — University of Maryland.
