Lissette is a Vice President, Consulting Actuary in Segal’s New York office with over 25 years of experience in actuarial consulting. She has worked on local, regional, national and international clients across a variety of industries. She has experience with union staff plans and currently works with many pension, public sector and postretirement health and welfare benefit plans.
Lissette currently serves on a national level as a member of both the Technical Actuarial Meeting (TAM) Committee and the Withdrawal Liability Report Task Force. She has also contributed to the New Employee Actuarial Training program. On a local level, she leads the work process group in New York, which helps ensure department quality controls are up to date and align with current actuarial standards. Her language skills have been instrumental at the successful acquisition of a Puerto Rican Governmental client.

Lissette graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University with a BS in Mathematics and received an MS in Mathematics from New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.
