Prior to joining Segal, Dan was a Principal at Mercer, where he was primarily responsible for business development consulting to manufacturing clients and private equity firms. He focused on health benefits, human capital and risk management. Before his 10 years at Mercer, he was with HR software and services provider Ceridian, where he was a relationship manager of human capital management services to large market companies.
Previously, Dan was National Director of Sales for AppointLink Identity Workflow Solutions, a software development company specializing in the healthcare and higher education industries. He spent the first decade of his career in the nonprofit sector serving in operational and business development roles for the American Arbitration Association and The Saint Francis Academy, Inc.
Dan earned both an EMBA and a BA in psychology from Benedictine College (Atchison, KS).
