Prior to joining Segal, Brett was Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Keystone Partners, a professional services firm that provides career transition, leadership development and executive coaching services. She also founded Big Rocks A Marketing Cooperative, serving as a marketing consultant to multiple firms including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, TIAA and EastWest Marketing Group where she served as interim CMO. She also held marketing positions at Showtime Networks. She has worked with companies across different industries, including healthcare, financial services. media/entertainment, packaged goods and professional services.
Brett graduated cum laude with an AB degree in Sociology from Princeton University. She earned a Specialization, Content Strategy from Northwestern University and a Specialization, Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois.
Brett is a member of the American Marketing Association Executive Circle (previously known as MeNG). She has also served on the Executive Committee, chaired the Nominations Committee and co- chaired the Grants Committee as a member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Marblehead Public Schools.
Brett has been recognized by the marketing community and has won prestigious awards such as: Reggie (promotion marketing), CTAM (cable marketing), Benny (direct marketing) and American In-House Design (Graphic Design USA).
