Prior to joining Segal, Tami was an Associate Director, Clinical Consulting at Willis Towers Watson, where her primary focus was performing multiple clinical program audits and high-cost claimant analysis projects. She also participated in health and wellness strategy discussions and planning with corporate clients.
Previously, she worked at CVS Health Aetna for 22 years in various progressive roles, including as a Care Management Manager, managing the clinical operations for both utilization management and case management teams, and as a National Accounts Clinical Program Consultant, responsible for the analysis and reporting of clients’ population health data along with providing recommendations for wellness programs to improve overall health, oversight of and reporting of all care management program activities and outcomes. She also supported clients by providing research and answers to health and clinical questions and resolving member concerns and escalations. Tami also worked with clients to modify or create benefits to ensure health equity, compliance with ACA standards and updates in healthcare guidance to remain current in offerings and equitable in coverage.
