Erika is a Senior Actuarial Developer in the Actuarial Technology and Systems (ATS) department in Segal’s New York office. Her current responsibilities include enhancing, maintaining and supporting the data reconciliation system used companywide by Segal actuaries across all markets. She is also the project manager for the data reconciliation system. She also plays a lead role in training Segal actuaries on the use of the firm’s data reconciliation systems.
Erika joined Segal’s Actuarial Technology and Systems department in New York 1998. Prior to joining Segal, Erika worked at a national consulting firm.
Erika received a BSBA in Actuarial Science from the University of Hartford. While working for Segal, she earned a Master of Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University.
Erika was recognized by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association as a 2024 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Rising Star.
