Using the business health check

When you complete the business health check, we'll partner you with a consultant who will look through your answers with you.

For example, on DEI the health check asks a range of questions including whether your organization has:

  • drafted and kept up-to-date a DEI strategy?
  • conducted unconscious bias awareness training?
  • focused on effective and equitable HR processes?
  • ensured compliance with increased legislation?

Let's assume you answer "no" to the four questions above but "yes" to the remaining questions on DEI.

Our consultant will both give you a sense of how well your organization is prepared for the DEI challenges of 2021 and work with you on the individual points where you've assessed your business as struggling.

We'll also give you an overall impression of your business health

Even top performing businesses won't answer "yes" to every question in the health check.  Based on what we've seen with our existing clients, we'll tell you how well we believe you to be performing based on the number of positive answers you gave.
