Answers to (Some of) Your COBRA Subsidy Questions

The government released 86 questions and answers responding to the many inquiries stemming from the six-month COBRA subsidy passed as part of the American Rescue Plan Act. While some questions may still remain and additional guidance is anticipated, these clarifications will go a long way to help plan sponsors and administrators implement the subsidy.
