Stacey works with a variety of benefit plans, including defined benefit pension, health and welfare, defined contribution and nonqualified plans. She primarily works with multiemployer and union-related plans and has special expertise in union staff plans. Stacey has consulted to corporate (for-profit and non-profit) and public sector plans as well.
Stacey has extensive experience in technical areas of the benefits field, including the design and administration of defined benefit, defined contribution and health and welfare plans. Her work has included addressing strategic design and planning initiatives, technical compliance and administrative issues (including nondiscrimination testing and Section 415 issues), plan communications and employee survey materials, design and implementation of early retirement windows and plan documentation.

Stacey received a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University (Lewisburg, PA) and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland.
