Ms. Bangert has broad-ranging multiemployer experience, having practiced law both in a law firm and with a Federal government agency.
Prior to joining Segal, Beth served as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, where she provided authoritative legal advice and services to senior level management on multiemployer issues. Prior to that, she served as an Associate working on plan compliance issues for a Washington, DC law firm, where she provided legal services to multiemployer pension and welfare plans.
Beth received a BA in Anthropology from Beloit College, an MA in Applied Anthropology from The American University and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
